SUMMARY:Excellence Classes to foster an enabling environment for interactive innovation
DESCRIPTION:The i2connect project is all about encouraging interactive innovation processes that mobilize diverse actors such as farmers/foresters\, advisors\, researchers\, businesses\, NGOs etc.\, who put together their knowledge\, skills and experience\, to address a joint problem to which they seek a solution. In interactive innovation\, farmers\, practitioners or end-users as experts\, споделят власт и отговорност и активно допринасят за влияние върху процеса, като по този начин водят до съвместна собственост върху резултата. \nWhy interaction innovation? \nThe rationale behind this is simple: традиционният начин за подобряване на работата на фермерите / лесовъди чрез запитване на експерти / advisors to analyse the situation\, diagnose the problem and come up with the solution is no longer sufficient in many situations. Сложността на много проблеми в селското и горското стопанство изисква подход за иновации отдолу нагоре с множество заинтересовани страни, както е описано по-горе. \nThe purpose of Excellence Classes \nIn every days’ advisory practice there may be many obstacles for moving into interactive innovation processes. Някои от тях се отнасят до уменията и инструментите, от които самите съветници се нуждаят. За тази цел проектът I2Connect изпълнява програми за обучение на обучители и разработва група от експерти, които да споделят опит и да се учат един от друг. Yet\, even when an advisor recognizes the importance of interaction innovation and knows what to do to realise successful interactive innovation projects\, it needs an enabling environment\, i.e.\, the backup of his or her organisation\, да вървим напред. Целта на класовете за отлични постижения е да работят върху тази благоприятна среда. \nThe three most-prominent concerns \nEarlier in this project a survey among advisory organisations has been executed revealing that managers in advisory organisations (като важни участници в благоприятната среда) have the most-prominent concerns on three aspects of interactive innovation: \n\nhuman resource aspects\, i.e.\, the skills and competences that their advisors need for interactive innovation\norganisational aspects\, i.e.\, the consequences of interactive innovation for the work organization\, and\nfinancial aspects\, i.e.\, the impact that interactive innovation will have on the organisation’s business model and continuity.\n\nParticipants for the Excellence Classes \nIn the Excellence Class we will elaborate on and discuss above three concerns. The introductory online meeting of the Excellence Class will be held on May 3rd\, 2022.
