Okt.. 2024\, Follow-up-Online-Webinar (Tag TBC)\n\nCosts: 240 € (beinhaltet 6 overnight stays with breakfast\, lunch\, coffee breaks\, Abendessen). Training materials are covered by the project.\nTransport* to and from Kilkenny City (um den Flughafenbus/-zug zu treffen) findet am Sonntag, den 21. und Samstag, den 22. statt. Alle anderen Kosten (wie zum Beispiel Reisen) are at the expense of the participant.\n* Time(S) muss anhand der Flug-/Reisedaten des Teilnehmers bestätigt werden. \nTraining concept and objectives\nThe training is organized in a blended learning format It starts with the online kick-off meeting to introduce basic concepts around innovations ( adoption\, Diffusion) und Beratungsmethoden, um alle Teilnehmer auf den gleichen Wissensstand zu bringen. Der fünftägige Präsenzworkshop in Irland ermöglicht den Teilnehmern den Erwerb methodischer Kompetenzen (Einstellungen und Fähigkeiten) die notwendig sind, um interaktive Innovationsprozesse zu ermöglichen und die eigene Rolle durch einen erfahrungsorientierten Lernansatz zu reflektieren. The training is completed with an online webinar that\nencourages participants to reflect on how they have or could use their learnings from the course.
