SUMMARY:Achieving the European Green Deal through nature-based solutions
DESCRIPTION:Cómo i2connect planea involucrar a asesores y actores locales en la práctica en enfoques innovadores en agricultura y silvicultura? Qué beneficios y barreras se experimentan y qué impacto se crea? ¿Qué se necesita para una continuación sostenible?? All of these and more questions will be covered in the i2connect presentation at the upcoming annual event of NetworkNature.  \nNature-based solutions\, in Europe and beyond\, are an integral part of restoration efforts and represent the building blocks for a sustainable future\, including in the field of health\,  agriculture\, cambio climático y más. Joint action and local\, La cooperación regional e internacional son cruciales para maximizar el impacto y la difusión de las soluciones basadas en la naturaleza.. The recognition of their potential to address societal challenges has translated into an increasingly prominent role of nature-based solutions in the EU policy landscape\, con el Pacto Verde Europeo que brinda la oportunidad de movilizar su implementación y aumentar la financiación. El evento mostrará la visión y el valor agregado de Network Nature para lograr estos objetivos.. \nWith the objective of creating a space for dialogue for the nature-based solutions community and to expand the community to establish partnerships with new and impactful actors\, the event will gather stakeholders from all target groups\, including policymakers\, scientific experts\, civil society as well as investors and financing institutions\, infrastructure planners and builders\, propietarios de tierras y administradores de recursos naturales. \nThe event will be structured in three parts: un plenario de apertura (10am – 12pm CET); cinco sesiones paralelas (2pm – 4pm CET); un plenario de clausura (4.15pm – 5.50pm). \nThe agenda for the day is provided below.
