The participants will be visiting and meeting with AVEPROBI and AIAB Friuli Venezia Giulia. \n\n\nDAY 1: 12th October – Vicenza – Veneto Region \nAVEPROBI is a regional association of organic producers and processors\, which for more than a decade has devoted part of its activities to the on-farm conservation of local agrobiodiversity\, catalyzing energies\, e iniciativas entre grupos que operan en la biodiversidad cultivada en Veneto. \nA Community Seed Bank (CSB) has been set up to promote the development of innovative cereal-based value chains\, tanto en la semilla como en el nivel del producto alimenticio final. Su gobernanza y modelo de negocio se basan en enfoques participativos para lograr la eficacia operativa y el consenso de las partes interesadas.. \nLocal farmers’ networks are called to reproduce the seeds\, fomentar y controlar su evolución y adaptación, así como facilitar su puesta en común. \nThe Community Seed Bank is a novelty in the Veneto territory and the adaptation to the regional circumstances requires the identification of durable enabling conditions: vincular a los agricultores y los consumidores (y procesadores dedicados en el medio) en torno a la biodiversidad cultivada orgánicamente hace que la conservación dinámica de las semillas patrimoniales forme parte de una dinámica social más amplia. \nDAY 2 : 13th October – Udine – Friuli Venezia Giulia (FVG) Region \nAIAB FVG is the regional branch of the Italian Association for Organic Farming (AIAB)\, representando a los agricultores y asesores orgánicos, así como a los consumidores. AIAB FVG aims at consolidating and promoting the organic farming method\, involucrar a todas las partes interesadas y colaborar con las instituciones regionales. \nIn 2023 AIAB FVG ha sido encomendada por la Administración Regional para ofrecer asesoramiento técnico gratuito no continuo a los (o transición a orgánico) fincas ubicadas en la región. The service is carried out by means of one or more visits to the farm\, con una duración máxima de cuatro horas y centrado en temas específicos que difieren según el cultivo o la orientación de la producción agrícola. At the end of each visit\, la finca simplemente tiene que refrendar una declaración que indique la intervención del técnico designado. The crops covered by the organic advisory and technical assistance service are arable crops\, horticulture\, permanent fruit crops\, y viticultura. \n\n\nArrival should be planned for 11th October 2023 y la salida se puede planificar para comenzar desde 18:30 (para participantes que viajen en tren/coche) y 20.30 (para los participantes que viajan en avión) on 13th October 2023. \nNearby airports:  \n\nTreviso airport; \nVenice airport (1 hora en tren);\nVerona airport (2\,5 horas en tren).\n\nRegistration is open until the 7th of September.
