DESCRIPTION:We are looking forward to welcoming you to the next i2connect cross-visit taking place in Germany and Austria from the 24th to the 26th of April. \nAims and contents of the practical projects \n1st project: Practical project in Ruhstorf “FInAL: Promotion of insects in agricultural landscapes”. \nIntensive agriculture is considered one of the main causes for the current decline of insect diversity and biomass in Germany. The FInAL project will therefore establish landscape laboratories in representative agricultural landscapes in Germany as part of the “Action Program Insect Conservation”\, in which innovative measures to promote insects through integrated cultivation of renewable resources in a landscape context will be developed\, demonstrated and evaluated. \n2nd project: lebensraum:natur association \nObjectives: To raise awareness and sensitize the entire population to the topic of biodiversity and to provide extensive information. \nTo organize concrete projects on the topic of biodiversity and to accompany their conservation and maintenance. \nProgram \nMonday\, 24.04.2023 \n9:00 – 11:30            Arrival in Rotthalmünster (welcome coffee\, check-in). \nIntroduction\, getting to know each other\, presentation of the practical project “FInAL: Promotion of Insects in the Agricultural Landscape \n11:30 – 13:00          Lunch at the Rotthalmünster Agricultural School \n13:00 – 16:15         Presentation of the interactive practical project\, visit of the LfL site in Kleeberg \n16:30– 18.30          Workshop in Ruhstorf an der Rott “Innovation analysis” with interviews of the key actors\, compilation and presentation of the results\, mood analysis \n18:30-21:00            Walk to a nearby chapel followed by dinner at Gasthof Hölzlwimmer\, then return to Rotthalmünster. \nTuesday\, 25.04.2023 \n8:15 – 8:30              Pearls\, puzzles & proposals \n8:30 – 9:30             Common journey with the book to Mehrnbach to the 2nd practical project association lebensraum:natur awareness raising and sensitization for the topic of biodiversity with extensive information and concrete projects on the topic of biodiversity. \n09:30 – 10:15         Presentation of the group. Presentation of the interactive practical project as well as the key players \n11:45– 13:15          Lunch in Mehrnbach \n13:15– 15:00          Workshop “Innovation Analysis” with interviews of the key actors\, compilation and presentation of the results of the interviews.  \n15:00 – 16:30         Return trip to Rotthalmünster followed by coffee break \n16:30– 19:00          Workshop Application of tools for network and innovation analysis related to the visited projects\, pearls\, puzzles\, proposals \n19:00 – 21:00         Walk to a nearby large lime tree followed by dinner at the Saigon Inn\, then return trip to Rotthalmünster \nWednesday\, 26.04.2023 \n8:30 – 9:00              Energizer and mood check \n9:00 – 9:45              „What do we want to share with project leaders* and key stakeholders?” \n9:45 – 10:15           Reports of the participants from the different (federal) states: How is innovation consulting lived in our country?  \n10:15 – 10:30         Coffee break \n10:30 – 12:00         Presentation of the results of the case analyses to the project leaders and key actors of both practical projects\, discussion \n12:00 – 13:30          lunch at the Landbauschule Rotthalmünster \n13:30 – 15:00          Transfer workshop  \n15:00- – 16:15          Conclusion with coffee roundtable \nPlease register at eveline.neubauer@haup.ac.at by March 30\, 23 at the latest. \n
