DESCRIPTION:Supporting interactive innovation processes requires sound knowledge of the innovation process itself as well as mastering communication skills and tools to involve diverse actors and\nstimulate the innovation process. The course addresses students and lecturers Application closing date is Monday 29th April. \nThe course in a nutshell\nAudience: Students (under and post-graduate\, PhD)\, lecturers \n\nPhase 1 – Early July 2024 (day TBC; online kick-off\, 2 hrs)\nPhase 2 – 22/26 July 2024 (blocked\, in-person phase)\n(arrival 21st\, departure 27th of July 2024 In person: Kildalton College\, Piltown\, Co. Kilkenny\, Ireland\, E32 YW08)\nPhase 3 – Sep. Oct. 2024\, Follow up online webinar (day TBC)\n\nCosts: 240 € (includes 6 overnight stays with breakfast\, lunch\, coffee breaks\, evening meal). Training materials are covered by the project.\nTransport* to and from Kilkenny City (to meet airport bus/train) will be in place on Sunday 21st and Saturday 22nd. All other costs (such as travel) are at the expense of the participant.\n* Time(s) to be confirmed based on participant flight/ travel details. \nTraining concept and objectives\nThe training is organized in a blended learning format It starts with the online kick-off meeting to introduce basic concepts around innovations ( adoption\, diffusion) and advisory methods to bring all participants to the same level of knowledge. The five-day presence workshop in Ireland allows participants to acquire methodological competencies (attitudes and skills) that are necessary to facilitate interactive innovation processes and reflect their own role through an experiential learning approach. The training is completed with an online webinar that\nencourages participants to reflect on how they have or could use their learnings from the course. The training will be conducted by experienced trainers (and advisors)\, and together with a field visit\, practical innovation cases will be discussed. \nRegistration&more on the Flyer! \n
