SUMMARY:Achieving the European Green Deal through nature-based solutions
DESCRIPTION:Comment i2connect prévoit d'impliquer les conseillers et les acteurs locaux dans la pratique dans des approches innovantes en agriculture et en foresterie? Quels sont les avantages et les obstacles rencontrés et l'impact créé? Ce qui est nécessaire pour une continuation durable? All of these and more questions will be covered in the i2connect presentation at the upcoming annual event of NetworkNature.  \nNature-based solutions\, in Europe and beyond\, are an integral part of restoration efforts and represent the building blocks for a sustainable future\, including in the field of health\,  agriculture\, changement climatique et plus. Joint action and local\, la coopération régionale et internationale est cruciale pour maximiser l'impact et la diffusion des solutions basées sur la nature. The recognition of their potential to address societal challenges has translated into an increasingly prominent role of nature-based solutions in the EU policy landscape\, avec le Green Deal européen offrant une opportunité de mobiliser leur mise en œuvre et d'augmenter les financements. L'événement présentera la vision et la valeur ajoutée de Network Nature dans la réalisation de ces objectifs. \nWith the objective of creating a space for dialogue for the nature-based solutions community and to expand the community to establish partnerships with new and impactful actors\, the event will gather stakeholders from all target groups\, including policymakers\, scientific experts\, civil society as well as investors and financing institutions\, infrastructure planners and builders\, propriétaires terriens et gestionnaires de ressources naturelles. \nThe event will be structured in three parts: une séance plénière d'ouverture (10am – 12pm CET); cinq sessions parallèles (2pm – 4pm CET); une plénière de clôture (4.15pm – 5.50pm). \nThe agenda for the day is provided below.
