DESCRIPTION:Supporting interactive innovation processes requires sound knowledge of the innovation process itself as well as mastering communication skills and tools to involve diverse actors and\nstimulate the innovation process. Le cours s'adresse aux étudiants et aux enseignants. La date limite de candidature est le lundi 29 avril.. \nThe course in a nutshell\nAudience: Étudiants (under and post-graduate\, Doctorat)\, lecturers \n\nPhase 1 – Early July 2024 (jour à confirmer; online kick-off\, 2 heures)\nPhase 2 – 22/26 juillet 2024 (blocked\, phase en personne)\n(arrival 21st\, départ le 27 juillet 2024 En personne: Kildalton College\, Piltown\, Co. Kilkenny\, Ireland\, E32 YW08)\nPhase 3 – Sep. oct. 2024\, Webinaire de suivi en ligne (jour à confirmer)\n\nCosts: 240 € (comprend 6 overnight stays with breakfast\, lunch\, coffee breaks\, repas du soir). Training materials are covered by the project.\nTransport* to and from Kilkenny City (pour rencontrer le bus/train de l'aéroport) sera en place le dimanche 21 et samedi 22. Tous les autres frais (comme les voyages) are at the expense of the participant.\n* Time(s) à confirmer en fonction des détails du vol/du voyage du participant. \nTraining concept and objectives\nThe training is organized in a blended learning format It starts with the online kick-off meeting to introduce basic concepts around innovations ( adoption\, la diffusion) et des méthodes de conseil pour amener tous les participants au même niveau de connaissances. L'atelier de présence de cinq jours en Irlande permet aux participants d'acquérir des compétences méthodologiques (attitudes et compétences) qui sont nécessaires pour faciliter les processus d'innovation interactifs et refléter leur propre rôle à travers une approche d'apprentissage expérientiel. The training is completed with an online webinar that\nencourages participants to reflect on how they have or could use their learnings from the course.
