DESCRIPTION:\nOur project aims at enhancing the role of advisors in supporting interactive innovation processes\, osmišljeno s poljoprivrednicima ili šumarima kako bi odgovorilo na specifične izazove. The project activities include AKIS country reports\, case studies\, training courses for various target groups\, sudjelovanje s drugim akterima AKIS-a i umrežavanje. \n\n\nIn this framework\, a first Regional AKIS Stakeholders workshop took place for Northern European countries. SUMMARY:Excellence Classes to foster an enabling environment for interactive innovation
DESCRIPTION:The i2connect project is all about encouraging interactive innovation processes that mobilize diverse actors such as farmers/foresters\, advisors\, researchers\, businesses\, NGOs etc.\, who put together their knowledge\, skills and experience\, to address a joint problem to which they seek a solution. In interactive innovation\, farmers\, practitioners or end-users as experts\, dijele moć i odgovornost i aktivno doprinose utjecaju na proces, što rezultira zajedničkim vlasništvom nad ishodom. \nWhy interaction innovation? \nThe rationale behind this is simple: tradicionalni način poboljšanja učinka poljoprivrednika / šumari upitom stručnjaka / advisors to analyse the situation\, diagnose the problem and come up with the solution is no longer sufficient in many situations. Složenost mnogih problema u poljoprivredi i šumarstvu zahtijeva inovativni pristup s više dionika odozdo prema gore, kao što je gore opisano. \nThe purpose of Excellence Classes \nIn every days’ advisory practice there may be many obstacles for moving into interactive innovation processes. Neki od njih odnose se na vještine i alate koji su potrebni samim savjetnicima. U tu svrhu projekt I2Connect provodi programe osposobljavanja trenera i razvija skupinu stručnjaka za razmjenu iskustava i učenje jedni od drugih. Yet\, even when an advisor recognizes the importance of interaction innovation and knows what to do to realise successful interactive innovation projects\, it needs an enabling environment\, i.e.\, the backup of his or her organisation\, krenuti naprijed. Svrha tečajeva izvrsnosti je rad na ovom poticajnom okruženju. \nThe three most-prominent concerns \nEarlier in this project a survey among advisory organisations has been executed revealing that managers in advisory organisations (biti važni akteri u poticajnom okruženju) have the most-prominent concerns on three aspects of interactive innovation: \n\nhuman resource aspects\, i.e.\, the skills and competences that their advisors need for interactive innovation\norganisational aspects\, i.e.\, the consequences of interactive innovation for the work organization\, and\nfinancial aspects\, i.e.\, the impact that interactive innovation will have on the organisation’s business model and continuity.\n\nParticipants for the Excellence Classes \nIn the Excellence Class we will elaborate on and discuss above three concerns. To znači da će tečajevi izvrsnosti biti od posebnog interesa za tri vrste menadžera u savjetodavnim organizacijama: human resource managers\, team or project managers\, and overall managers (CEO/CFO). Yet\, također smo u ovom projektu naučili da među organizacijama u Europi postoje značajne razlike u poznavanju inovacijskih procesa s više dionika odozdo prema gore. Menadžeri koji imaju malo iskustva s takvim procesima unutar svoje organizacije možda neće htjeti sudjelovati u tečajevima izvrsnosti. In such cases it is useful to look for the next-best alternative\, e.g.\, a senior advisor with close links to the management\, sudjelovati. Projekt I2Connect pokušava pomaknuti granice u pogledu interaktivnih inovacija tako da je sudjelovanje diljem Europe od iznimne važnosti. Sadržaj i rasprave na Satu izvrsnosti sigurno će pomoći višem savjetniku da potakne menadžere da se otvore za novi pristup, a inače je ovaj sudionik izgradio mrežu na Satu izvrsnosti s menadžerima koje on ili ona mogu povezati s vlastitim menadžerima kako bi razgovarali o tome. \nSome practicalities \nThe Excellence Classes will be held with a maximum of 20 participants\, a svaki Excellence Class sastoji se od uvodnog online sastanka 2\,5 sati i dva dana fizičkih susreta. The introductory online meeting of the Excellence Class will be held on May 3rd\, 2022.
