DESCRIPTION:\nOur project aims at enhancing the role of advisors in supporting interactive innovation processes\, designed with farmers or foresters to meet specific challenges. The project activities include AKIS country reports\, case studies\, training courses for various target groups\, engaging with other AKIS actors and networking. \n\n\nIn this framework\, a first Regional AKIS Stakeholders workshop took place for Northern European countries. SUMMARY:Excellence Classes to foster an enabling environment for interactive innovation
DESCRIPTION:The i2connect project is all about encouraging interactive innovation processes that mobilize diverse actors such as farmers/foresters\, advisors\, researchers\, businesses\, NGOs etc.\, who put together their knowledge\, skills and experience\, to address a joint problem to which they seek a solution. In interactive innovation\, farmers\, practitioners or end-users as experts\, dalytis galia ir atsakomybe ir aktyviai prisidėti prie proceso įtakos, todėl rezultatas bus bendras. \nWhy interaction innovation? \nThe rationale behind this is simple: tradicinis ūkininkų veiklos gerinimo būdas / miškininkai klausdami ekspertų / advisors to analyse the situation\, diagnose the problem and come up with the solution is no longer sufficient in many situations. Daugelio žemės ūkio ir miškininkystės problemų sudėtingumas reikalauja, kad būtų taikomas iš apačios į viršų apimantis kelių suinteresuotųjų šalių inovacijų metodas, kaip aprašyta aukščiau.. \nThe purpose of Excellence Classes \nIn every days’ advisory practice there may be many obstacles for moving into interactive innovation processes. Kai kurie iš jų yra susiję su įgūdžiais ir įrankiais, kurių patarėjams patiems reikia. Tam I2Connect projektas vykdo trenerio mokymo programas ir sukuria ekspertų grupę, kuri dalinsis patirtimi ir mokosi vieni iš kitų.. Yet\, even when an advisor recognizes the importance of interaction innovation and knows what to do to realise successful interactive innovation projects\, it needs an enabling environment\, i.e.\, the backup of his or her organisation\, judėti į priekį. Kompetencijos klasių tikslas – dirbti su šia įgalinančia aplinka. \nThe three most-prominent concerns \nEarlier in this project a survey among advisory organisations has been executed revealing that managers in advisory organisations (būdami svarbūs įgalinančios aplinkos veikėjai) have the most-prominent concerns on three aspects of interactive innovation: \n\nhuman resource aspects\, i.e.\, the skills and competences that their advisors need for interactive innovation\norganisational aspects\, i.e.\, the consequences of interactive innovation for the work organization\, and\nfinancial aspects\, i.e.\, the impact that interactive innovation will have on the organisation’s business model and continuity.\n\nParticipants for the Excellence Classes \nIn the Excellence Class we will elaborate on and discuss above three concerns. The introductory online meeting of the Excellence Class will be held on May 3rd\, 2022.
