DESCRIPTION:\nOur project aims at enhancing the role of advisors in supporting interactive innovation processes\, izstrādāts ar lauksaimniekiem vai mežsaimniekiem, lai risinātu specifiskas problēmas. The project activities include AKIS country reports\, case studies\, training courses for various target groups\, sadarbošanās ar citiem AKIS dalībniekiem un tīklu veidošana. \n\n\nIn this framework\, a first Regional AKIS Stakeholders workshop took place for Northern European countries. SUMMARY:Excellence Classes to foster an enabling environment for interactive innovation
DESCRIPTION:The i2connect project is all about encouraging interactive innovation processes that mobilize diverse actors such as farmers/foresters\, advisors\, researchers\, businesses\, NGOs etc.\, who put together their knowledge\, skills and experience\, to address a joint problem to which they seek a solution. In interactive innovation\, farmers\, practitioners or end-users as experts\, dalīties ar varu un atbildību un aktīvi piedalīties procesa ietekmēšanā, tādējādi iegūstot kopīgu atbildību par rezultātu. \nWhy interaction innovation? \nThe rationale behind this is simple: tradicionālais veids, kā uzlabot lauksaimnieku sniegumu / mežsaimniekiem, uzdodot jautājumus ekspertiem / advisors to analyse the situation\, diagnose the problem and come up with the solution is no longer sufficient in many situations. Daudzu lauksaimniecības un mežsaimniecības problēmu sarežģītības dēļ ir nepieciešama augšupēja daudzu ieinteresēto personu inovācijas pieeja, kā aprakstīts iepriekš. \nThe purpose of Excellence Classes \nIn every days’ advisory practice there may be many obstacles for moving into interactive innovation processes. Daži no tiem attiecas uz prasmēm un rīkiem, kas konsultantiem ir nepieciešami pašiem. Šim nolūkam I2Connect projektā tiek īstenotas trenera apmācības programmas un tiek izveidots ekspertu kopums, lai dalītos pieredzē un mācītos viens no otra.. Yet\, even when an advisor recognizes the importance of interaction innovation and knows what to do to realise successful interactive innovation projects\, it needs an enabling environment\, i.e.\, the backup of his or her organisation\, lai virzītos uz priekšu. Izcilības nodarbību mērķis ir strādāt pie šīs labvēlīgās vides. \nThe three most-prominent concerns \nEarlier in this project a survey among advisory organisations has been executed revealing that managers in advisory organisations (būt svarīgiem veicinošās vides dalībniekiem) have the most-prominent concerns on three aspects of interactive innovation: \n\nhuman resource aspects\, i.e.\, the skills and competences that their advisors need for interactive innovation\norganisational aspects\, i.e.\, the consequences of interactive innovation for the work organization\, and\nfinancial aspects\, i.e.\, the impact that interactive innovation will have on the organisation’s business model and continuity.\n\nParticipants for the Excellence Classes \nIn the Excellence Class we will elaborate on and discuss above three concerns. Tas nozīmē, ka izcilības nodarbības īpaši interesēs trīs veidu vadītājus konsultatīvajās organizācijās: human resource managers\, team or project managers\, and overall managers (CEO/CFO). Yet\, šajā projektā mēs arī uzzinājām, ka dažādās organizācijās Eiropā pastāv ievērojamas atšķirības pārziņā par augšupējiem daudzu ieinteresēto personu inovācijas procesiem.. Vadītāji, kuriem ir maza pieredze ar šādiem procesiem savā organizācijā, var nevēlēties piedalīties izcilības nodarbībās. In such cases it is useful to look for the next-best alternative\, e.g.\, a senior advisor with close links to the management\, piedalīties. Projekts I2Connect cenšas paplašināt robežas attiecībā uz interaktīvo inovāciju, tāpēc Eiropas mēroga līdzdalība ir ārkārtīgi svarīga. Izcilības klases saturs un diskusijas noteikti palīdzēs vecākajam padomniekam mudināt vadītājus atvērties jaunajai pieejai, un citādi šis dalībnieks ir izveidojis tīklu izcilības klasē ar vadītājiem, kurus viņš vai viņa varētu savienot ar saviem vadītājiem, lai par to apspriestu.. \nSome practicalities \nThe Excellence Classes will be held with a maximum of 20 participants\, un katra Izcilības klase sastāv no ievada tiešsaistes sanāksmes 2\,5 stundas un divas dienas fiziskas tikšanās. The introductory online meeting of the Excellence Class will be held on May 3rd\, 2022.
