DESCRIPTION:Supporting interactive innovation processes requires sound knowledge of the innovation process itself as well as mastering communication skills and tools to involve diverse actors and\nstimulate the innovation process. De cursus is bedoeld voor studenten en docenten. De sluitingsdatum van de aanmelding is maandag 29 april. \nThe course in a nutshell\nAudience: studenten (under and post-graduate\, PhD)\, lecturers \n\nPhase 1 – Early July 2024 (dag TBC; online kick-off\, 2 uur)\nPhase 2 – 22/26 juli- 2024 (blocked\, persoonlijke fase)\n(arrival 21st\, vertrek 27 juli 2024 Persoonlijk: Kildalton College\, Piltown\, Co. Kilkenny\, Ireland\, E32 YW08)\nPhase 3 – Sep. Okt. 2024\, Vervolg online webinar (dag TBC)\n\nCosts: 240 € (omvat 6 overnight stays with breakfast\, lunch\, coffee breaks\, avondeten). Training materials are covered by the project.\nTransport* to and from Kilkenny City (om de luchthavenbus/trein te ontmoeten) zal plaatsvinden op zondag 21 en zaterdag 22 september. Alle overige kosten (zoals reizen) are at the expense of the participant.\n* Time(s) te bevestigen op basis van vlucht-/reisgegevens van de deelnemer. \nTraining concept and objectives\nThe training is organized in a blended learning format It starts with the online kick-off meeting to introduce basic concepts around innovations ( adoption\, verspreiding) en adviesmethoden om alle deelnemers op hetzelfde kennisniveau te brengen. De vijfdaagse aanwezigheidsworkshop in Ierland stelt deelnemers in staat methodologische competenties te verwerven (houdingen en vaardigheden) die nodig zijn om interactieve innovatieprocessen te faciliteren en hun eigen rol te weerspiegelen door middel van een ervaringsgerichte leeraanpak. The training is completed with an online webinar that\nencourages participants to reflect on how they have or could use their learnings from the course.
