SUMMARY:Excellence Classes to foster an enabling environment for interactive innovation
DESCRIPTION:The i2connect project is all about encouraging interactive innovation processes that mobilize diverse actors such as farmers/foresters\, advisors\, researchers\, businesses\, NGOs etc.\, who put together their knowledge\, skills and experience\, to address a joint problem to which they seek a solution. In interactive innovation\, farmers\, practitioners or end-users as experts\, dzielą się władzą i odpowiedzialnością oraz aktywnie wpływają na proces, co skutkuje współwłasnością za wynik. \nWhy interaction innovation? \nThe rationale behind this is simple: tradycyjny sposób poprawy wydajności rolników / leśników pytając ekspertów / advisors to analyse the situation\, diagnose the problem and come up with the solution is no longer sufficient in many situations. Złożoność wielu problemów w rolnictwie i leśnictwie wymaga oddolnego, innowacyjnego podejścia obejmującego wiele zainteresowanych stron, jak opisano powyżej. \nThe purpose of Excellence Classes \nIn every days’ advisory practice there may be many obstacles for moving into interactive innovation processes. Niektóre z nich dotyczą umiejętności i narzędzi, których sami doradcy potrzebują. W tym celu projekt I2Connect realizuje programy szkoleniowe dla trenerów i tworzy grupę ekspertów, którzy mogą dzielić się doświadczeniami i uczyć się od siebie nawzajem. Yet\, even when an advisor recognizes the importance of interaction innovation and knows what to do to realise successful interactive innovation projects\, it needs an enabling environment\, i.e.\, the backup of his or her organisation\, ruszyć do przodu. Celem klas doskonałości jest praca nad tym sprzyjającym środowiskiem. \nThe three most-prominent concerns \nEarlier in this project a survey among advisory organisations has been executed revealing that managers in advisory organisations (bycia ważnymi aktorami w sprzyjającym środowisku) have the most-prominent concerns on three aspects of interactive innovation: \n\nhuman resource aspects\, i.e.\, the skills and competences that their advisors need for interactive innovation\norganisational aspects\, i.e.\, the consequences of interactive innovation for the work organization\, and\nfinancial aspects\, i.e.\, the impact that interactive innovation will have on the organisation’s business model and continuity.\n\nParticipants for the Excellence Classes \nIn the Excellence Class we will elaborate on and discuss above three concerns. Oznacza to, że Zajęcia Doskonałości będą szczególnie interesujące dla trzech typów menedżerów w organizacjach doradczych: human resource managers\, team or project managers\, and overall managers (Dyrektor generalny/CFO). Yet\, w ramach tego projektu dowiedzieliśmy się również, że pomiędzy organizacjami w Europie istnieją znaczne różnice w znajomości oddolnych procesów innowacyjnych z udziałem wielu interesariuszy. Menedżerowie, którzy nie mają doświadczenia z takimi procesami w swojej organizacji, mogą nie chcieć uczestniczyć w Kursach Doskonałości. In such cases it is useful to look for the next-best alternative\, e.g.\, a senior advisor with close links to the management\, wziąć udział. Projekt I2Connect stara się przesuwać granice w zakresie interaktywnych innowacji, dlatego też uczestnictwo w nim całej Europy ma ogromne znaczenie. Treść i dyskusje na zajęciach Excellence z pewnością pomogą starszemu doradcy w pobudzeniu menedżerów do otwarcia się na nowe podejście, w przeciwnym razie uczestnik ten zbudował w klasie Excellence sieć z menedżerami, których mógłby połączyć z własnymi menedżerami, aby omówić to. \nSome practicalities \nThe Excellence Classes will be held with a maximum of 20 participants\, a każde zajęcia Excellence składają się ze wstępnego spotkania online 2\,5 godziny i dwa dni spotkań fizycznych. The introductory online meeting of the Excellence Class will be held on May 3rd\, 2022.
