SUMMARY:Excellence Classes to foster an enabling environment for interactive innovation
DESCRIPTION:The i2connect project is all about encouraging interactive innovation processes that mobilize diverse actors such as farmers/foresters\, advisors\, researchers\, businesses\, NGOs etc.\, who put together their knowledge\, skills and experience\, to address a joint problem to which they seek a solution. In interactive innovation\, farmers\, practitioners or end-users as experts\, compartilhar o poder e a responsabilidade e contribuir ativamente para influenciar o processo, resultando assim na propriedade conjunta do resultado. \nWhy interaction innovation? \nThe rationale behind this is simple: a forma tradicional de melhorar o desempenho dos agricultores / silvicultores perguntando a especialistas / advisors to analyse the situation\, diagnose the problem and come up with the solution is no longer sufficient in many situations. A complexidade de muitos problemas na agricultura e na silvicultura exige uma abordagem de inovação de baixo para cima e com múltiplas partes interessadas, conforme descrito acima. \nThe purpose of Excellence Classes \nIn every days’ advisory practice there may be many obstacles for moving into interactive innovation processes. Algumas delas estão relacionadas às habilidades e ferramentas que os próprios consultores precisam. Para isso, o projeto I2Connect executa programas de formação de formadores e desenvolve um grupo de especialistas para partilhar experiências e aprender uns com os outros.. Yet\, even when an advisor recognizes the importance of interaction innovation and knows what to do to realise successful interactive innovation projects\, it needs an enabling environment\, i.e.\, the backup of his or her organisation\, para seguir em frente. O objetivo das Aulas de Excelência é trabalhar esse ambiente propício. \nThe three most-prominent concerns \nEarlier in this project a survey among advisory organisations has been executed revealing that managers in advisory organisations (sendo atores importantes no ambiente propício) have the most-prominent concerns on three aspects of interactive innovation: \n\nhuman resource aspects\, i.e.\, the skills and competences that their advisors need for interactive innovation\norganisational aspects\, i.e.\, the consequences of interactive innovation for the work organization\, and\nfinancial aspects\, i.e.\, the impact that interactive innovation will have on the organisation’s business model and continuity.\n\nParticipants for the Excellence Classes \nIn the Excellence Class we will elaborate on and discuss above three concerns. Isto significa que as Classes de Excelência serão de particular interesse para três tipos de gestores em organizações de consultoria: human resource managers\, team or project managers\, and overall managers (CEO/CFO). Yet\, também aprendemos neste projeto que, entre organizações na Europa, existem diferenças consideráveis ​​na familiaridade com processos de inovação ascendentes e multiatores.. In such cases it is useful to look for the next-best alternative\, e.g.\, a senior advisor with close links to the management\, participar. O conteúdo e as discussões na Classe de Excelência certamente ajudarão o consultor sênior a estimular os gestores a se abrirem para a nova abordagem e, caso contrário, este participante construiu uma rede na Classe de Excelência com gestores que ele ou ela poderia vincular aos próprios gestores para discutir sobre isso. \nSome practicalities \nThe Excellence Classes will be held with a maximum of 20 participants\, e cada Classe de Excelência consiste em uma reunião introdutória on-line de 2\,5 horas e dois dias de reuniões físicas. The introductory online meeting of the Excellence Class will be held on May 3rd\, 2022.
