SUMMARY:Achieving the European Green Deal through nature-based solutions
DESCRIPTION:Kako namerava i2connect vključiti svetovalce in lokalne akterje v praksi v inovativne pristope v kmetijstvu in gozdarstvu? Katere koristi in ovire so izkušene ter ustvarjen učinek? Kaj je potrebno za trajnostno nadaljevanje? All of these and more questions will be covered in the i2connect presentation at the upcoming annual event of NetworkNature.  \nNature-based solutions\, in Europe and beyond\, are an integral part of restoration efforts and represent the building blocks for a sustainable future\, including in the field of health\,  agriculture\, podnebne spremembe in drugo. Joint action and local\, regionalno in mednarodno sodelovanje je ključnega pomena za čim večji učinek in širjenje rešitev, ki temeljijo na naravi. The recognition of their potential to address societal challenges has translated into an increasingly prominent role of nature-based solutions in the EU policy landscape\, pri čemer evropski zeleni dogovor ponuja priložnost za mobilizacijo njihovega izvajanja in povečanje financiranja. Dogodek bo predstavil vizijo in dodano vrednost Network Nature pri doseganju teh ciljev. \nWith the objective of creating a space for dialogue for the nature-based solutions community and to expand the community to establish partnerships with new and impactful actors\, the event will gather stakeholders from all target groups\, including policymakers\, scientific experts\, civil society as well as investors and financing institutions\, infrastructure planners and builders\, lastniki zemljišč in upravljavci naravnih virov. \nThe event will be structured in three parts: uvodno plenarno zasedanje (10am – 12pm CET); pet vzporednih srečanj (2pm – 4pm CET); zaključno plenarno zasedanje (4.15pm – 5.50pm). \nThe agenda for the day is provided below.
