DESCRIPTION:\nOur project aims at enhancing the role of advisors in supporting interactive innovation processes\, oblikovano s kmeti ali gozdarji za reševanje posebnih izzivov. The project activities include AKIS country reports\, case studies\, training courses for various target groups\, sodelovanje z drugimi akterji AKIS in mreženje. \n\n\nIn this framework\, a first Regional AKIS Stakeholders workshop took place for Northern European countries. SUMMARY:Excellence Classes to foster an enabling environment for interactive innovation
DESCRIPTION:The i2connect project is all about encouraging interactive innovation processes that mobilize diverse actors such as farmers/foresters\, advisors\, researchers\, businesses\, NGOs etc.\, who put together their knowledge\, skills and experience\, to address a joint problem to which they seek a solution. In interactive innovation\, farmers\, practitioners or end-users as experts\, deliti moč in odgovornost ter dejavno prispevati k vplivanju na proces, kar ima za posledico skupno lastništvo rezultata. \nWhy interaction innovation? \nThe rationale behind this is simple: tradicionalni način izboljšanja uspešnosti kmetov / gozdarji s povpraševanjem strokovnjakov / advisors to analyse the situation\, diagnose the problem and come up with the solution is no longer sufficient in many situations. Kompleksnost številnih problemov v kmetijstvu in gozdarstvu zahteva inovativni pristop od spodaj navzgor z več zainteresiranimi stranmi, kot je opisano zgoraj. \nThe purpose of Excellence Classes \nIn every days’ advisory practice there may be many obstacles for moving into interactive innovation processes. Nekatere od teh se nanašajo na veščine in orodja, ki jih svetovalci sami potrebujejo. V ta namen projekt I2Connect izvaja programe usposabljanja inštruktorjev in razvija skupino strokovnjakov, ki si izmenjujejo izkušnje in se učijo drug od drugega.. Yet\, even when an advisor recognizes the importance of interaction innovation and knows what to do to realise successful interactive innovation projects\, it needs an enabling environment\, i.e.\, the backup of his or her organisation\, iti naprej. Namen razredov odličnosti je delati na tem okolju, ki omogoča. \nThe three most-prominent concerns \nEarlier in this project a survey among advisory organisations has been executed revealing that managers in advisory organisations (pomembni akterji v okolju, ki omogoča) have the most-prominent concerns on three aspects of interactive innovation: \n\nhuman resource aspects\, i.e.\, the skills and competences that their advisors need for interactive innovation\norganisational aspects\, i.e.\, the consequences of interactive innovation for the work organization\, and\nfinancial aspects\, i.e.\, the impact that interactive innovation will have on the organisation’s business model and continuity.\n\nParticipants for the Excellence Classes \nIn the Excellence Class we will elaborate on and discuss above three concerns. To pomeni, da bodo razredi odličnosti še posebej zanimivi za tri vrste menedžerjev v svetovalnih organizacijah: human resource managers\, team or project managers\, and overall managers (izvršni direktor/finančni direktor).
