Welche Herausforderung/Problem wurde angesprochen??
The objective of the project is the implementation of an innovative tool for vine-growers which supports them in the decision making process in order to optimize the phytosanitary treatments. These would be justified on a technical-scientific base rather than the arbitrary choice of the entrepreneur.
To reach this goal there have been integrated and improved existing tools in order to create a new powerful Decision Support System (DSS) which will monitor the agro-meteorological conditions of the territory.
Thanks to the dissemination and training activities, the DSS has been adopted by over 500 wine sector farmers. (https://www.condifesatvb.it/bodi/)
Was sind die Erfolgsfaktoren bei der Lösung des Problems?
– Stable relationship with a large number of agricultural entrepreneurs;
– High technical skills and instruments (weather stations) and presence of a provincial phytosanitary bulletin issued by Condifesa TVB and
– Provide unbiased technical advice and capillarity in the territory
Was waren die Hauptherausforderungen während des Innovationsprozesses?
– At the beginning the training provided wasn’t enough to allow a full adoption of the innovation by the farms. Then the training activity has been strengthen
Welche Rolle spielt der Berater bzw. die Beratungsdienstleistung im Praxisfall??
Wissensbewusstsein und Austausch, Beratung, Beratung und Backtoping mit der Lösung komplexer Probleme, während des Innovationsprozesses und basierend auf den Anforderungen der Akteure und der Co-Konstruktion von Lösungen zur Verfügung gestellt werden, Fordern Artikulation, Damit den Akteuren Zugang zu neuen Ideen haben können, ihre Bedürfnisse identifizieren, Definieren Sie ihre Ziele und drücken Sie anderen Akteuren klare Forderungen aus, Scaling up the innovation to increase the uptake by a broader group
