This project aims to build entrepreneurial skills to get farmers out of their isolation in the dairy industry. How can we get recognition that certain skills are essential to break the deadlock in conflicting negotiations? How can the importance of social sustainability, which is poorly recognized in the habits of advisers and farmers, be valued? How to create the interactions to make the actors of the industry think out of the box?
