Quel a été le défi/problème abordé?
The concept : a serie of summer events organized at the end of the day to present in 2’30 mn a hot topic for winegrowers and technicians from the Gaillac wine production area (3,000 Ha in the South west of France).
Ce temps, on July 25th, 2019, the event focused on vine varietal creation in France with a presentation of varietal creation techniques and R&D works carried out in the South-West of France.
The participants has the occasion to visit plots planted with resistant vine plant varieties, to engage technical discussions, and finish by a wine tasting session (with wines produced from these resistant vine varieties)!
32 winegrowers and technicians were present.
