Organiskie materiāli (piemēram, vīnogu čagu, zaļie atkritumi, salmi, biomasa) tiek pārveidots par reģionālo, augstas kvalitātes mēslojums, optimizējot kompostēšanas procesu. Augstas kvalitātes komposts var palīdzēt samazināt vajadzību pēc minerālmēsliem ar slāpekli un fosfātu un pesticīdiem. Kompostēšanas procesa izmantošana lauksaimniecībā un komposta produktu izmantošana ir viens no veidiem, kā palielināt ilgtspējību un novērst klimata pārmaiņas.. Kompostēšanas kursiem un darbnīcām tiek izmantotas demonstrācijas vēdzeles un parauglaukumi.

What were the main challenges during the innovation process?

• Composting is time-consuming and includes investments. Tas ir izaicinājums atrast veidu, kā padarīt kompostēšanas procesu efektīvu.

• Administrative barriers witch which interfere on farm composting.
