Mi volt a megoldott kihívás/probléma?

Szerves anyagok (mint például a szőlőtörköly, zöld hulladék, szalma, biomassza) regionálisvá alakul, kiváló minőségű műtrágya a komposztálási folyamat optimalizálásával. A kiváló minőségű komposzt segíthet minimalizálni az ásványi nitrogén- és foszfáttrágyák és növényvédő szerek szükségességét. A komposztálási eljárás használata a mezőgazdaságban és a komposzttermékek használata a fenntarthatóság növelésének és az éghajlatváltozás ellensúlyozásának egyik módja. A bemutató rendeket és parcellákat komposztáló tanfolyamokhoz és műhelyekhez használják.

Melyek a sikertényezők a probléma megoldásában?

• Cooperation between winegrowers and contractors are one way to lower the cost for all partners.

• Demonstrating in practice how a quality orientated composting process works to close the knowledge gaps.

• Involvement of all partners in the process (borászok, gazdák, szövetkezetek, vállalkozók, minisztériumok, környező települések).

What were the main challenges during the innovation process?

• Composting is time-consuming and includes investments. Kihívás megtalálni a komposztálási folyamat hatékonyabbá tételének módját.

• Administrative barriers witch which interfere on farm composting.
