With the constant development of labor-intensive agricultural industries, viticulture is constantly evolving and supplemented by agricultural machinery and equipment, which greatly facilitates and usually also cheap work processes in viticulture. Continuous development is often encouraged by growers themselves, as they are increasingly confronted with the fact that there is a shortage of human labor for individual tasks.

It is worth mentioning that the use of viticultural techniques is in many cases impossible, as this is not allowed by the varied configuration of the vineyard. In such cases, it makes sense to make the work easier with smaller machines and hand tools, to the extent that the work will still be done efficiently and faster than completely by hand.

Technique Day is a real opportunity for farmers to see modern solutions in the field of development of viticultural techniques, which are already used in practice.
