The company beneficiary of these lines of financing, as recipient of aid from the Recovery Plan, Transformation of aid – financed by the European Union, through the Next Generation EU funds – undertakes to recognize and guarantee the visibility of said financing. throughout the life of the loan, and must use the graphic materials (logos) of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and the European Union (Next Generation) in all documents, communications, web pages and similar documents. Likewise, it undertakes to expressly mention, throughout the life of the loan, in the company’s corporate information (Spletna stran, brochures, institutional presentations, press releases, itd.) that it has financing from ENISA (Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism) incorporating the logo from #ClienteEnisa. On the date of signing the financing policy and prior to this, you must present a screenshot of the incorporation of the logos indicated above in the main and visible area of your website.
