Integrate Farmers in Research and Experimentation

Actively involve farmers in the planning, experimentation, and interpretation of research activities to boost their interest in, ownership of, and commitment to adopting the results.

Foster Social Bonding Among Participants

Promote deeper personal and business-level connections among participants to foster understanding of diverse perspectives and build trust, leading to more cohesive and cooperative relationships.

Conduct On-Site Demonstrations at Farms and Fields

Facilitate on-site demonstrations where all actors can observe and monitor practical results, discuss variations in practices, and engage in dialogue with other farmers, adviseurs, and researchers, thereby enhancing practical learning and application.

Promote Quality Assurance Practices

Emphasise the benefits of collective assessment and quality assurance, such as certification, to motivate small producers to collaborate and strive for higher standards, fostering a shared commitment to quality.

Develop Skills in Writing Proposals and Accessing Funds

Equip advisors with the skills to write compelling project proposals and identify suitable funding models as essential for enabling projects.

Upskill Farmers to Address Gaps

Identify the individual training needs of farmers and provide group training that addresses skills gaps, promotes collaboration, and enhances working attitudes.
