The AKIS approach – (how) does it support the actors in the sector?

A new article on How the AKIS (Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation System) supports actors in the agriculture sector is published by the Berichte über Landwirtschaft on February 17. 2022. This article, written in German, is based on the findings of the i2connect AKIS country report for Germany.  Key aspects stressed in the article are: (i) providing an assessment of the German AKIS and its components and subsystems, (ii) illustrating the use of the AKIS concept for science and practice, and (iii) giving a critical look at the concept and its use.
