What was the challenge/problem addressed?
The demographic regression of the rural world has led to a very significant change in land use over the last few decades. The main problem to be solved is the fragmentation of land ownership, its abandonment and the lack of knowledge of who the owner is.
How did you solve the problem?
The activities have been promoted:
Development and creation of the data repository that feeds the platform.
Web platform. Information and applications manager.
Analysis and design new models.

New models of territorial development based on new technologies and social innovation.
What are the success factors in solving the problem?
Social participation and and the involvement of entities specialising in innovation in the rural environment
Lessons learned
New land management models and management models based in the management pooling. In addition, the use of new technologies helps to restore interest in derelict land.

The involvement of territorial organisations is essential for the implementation of management models, they contribute to overcoming social barriers supported by the use of new technologies.
