The challenge addressed was the development of precision citriculture through the implementation of efficient water and fertilisation management.

In this case, technological innovation and social innovation stand out, due to the multi-stakeholder approach, as well as the consideration of different tools based on the needs identified.

The success of the project is described as a sum of a good initial approach, considering the existing needs, as well as a relentless work to adapt to unexpected adversities.
Lessons learned
The main lesson learned is resilience to potential difficulties encountered during project implementation. In addition, skills oriented to the coordination and leadership of a large project have been developed.

Through the coordination of the project, a monitoring of the implemented activities was carried out, measuring the established KPIs and correcting the deviations registered.
