What was the challenge/problem addressed?

How to train managers of horizon projects and promote interactive innovation in the mean time.

How did you solve the problem?

With a seminar aimed, mainly, at organizations with the capacity to participate in Horizon Europe and, specifically, at project office technicians, R&D&I technicians, etc., whose fundamental activity is to advise and support the preparation of proposals for R&D&I activities financed through Horizon Europe.

What is innovative in your practical case?

The entity’s participation strategy and objectives in Horizon Europe and its ability to coordinate proposals will be especially valued. Likewise, the experience of the attendees and their ability to use the knowledge acquired to improve the participation of their researchers or their organizations will be taken into account, in terms of attracting funding or project coordination, as well as the internal transfer of knowledge within its own entity.

What are the success factors in solving the problem?

The driving capacity to support and incorporate other Spanish entities in the presentation of proposals to Horizon Europe will be valued. Participation in previous editions of the Seminar will also be considered, with priority given to those entities and people who have not previously attended.
