What was the challenge/problem addressed?
We have a group of 40 pig farmers (with possibility to extend to 60 pig farmers) and a group of 8 turkey farmers with high antibiotic use. We have on every farm a coach to help to improve the managementteam (farmer, veterinarian and feedadvisor) and coach them on knowledge, attitude and behaviour. It is an approach to implement broader in the agricultural sector.
