What was the challenge/problem addressed?

The center offers the possibility of both theoretical and practical training of those willing to learn the secrets of processing at farm level. The following premises supported the creation of the Center:

-the food supply chain connects three important sectors of the economy: agriculture, food processing and distribution. The position of a farmer – a producer of raw materials is the weakest in this chain.

– expectations of farmers who running farms also want to produce products for which there is a demand mainly on the local market to show practical possibilities.

– the possibility of conducting this type of activity, while maintaining standards guaranteeing the safety of produced food.

– the possibility of producing traditional and regional products on a small scale using specific technologies and skills.

The Center has the following production lines: processing of cereals, milk, meat, fruit and vegetable juice presses. Production of fruit vinegar during start-up.
