The NAK, as a partner of the I2Connect project, organized training for agricultural advisors and forestry experts on the topic of “Drivers of development: interactive innovation and networking”.

During the training, we searched for and answered the following questions:

– Why are some proposals destined to succeed and others to fail?

– How do the above questions relate to innovation and networking?

– Is it possible to further develop existing skills in agriculture, and if so, by which methods and instruments?

The course, which was held twice in three days, not only provided training on interactive innovation but also offered personal mentoring for the advisors for six months, helping them to implement and apply what they had learned. As a result of the events, the participants of the training have created a network on a social platform through i2connect-NAK project coordination, where they are in daily contact with each other and can share and discuss professional interests and problems that arise.
