This event has passed.

Take part in our upcoming Regional AKIS Stakeholders Workshop organized online with a focus on Northern European countries. The event was initially planned as a side-event to EUFRAS Annual Member`s meeting this year in Belgium, but we truly hope to have lively discussions also in an online environment!

As you might know, we have prepared around thirty individual AKIS country reports and our partners from the University of Hohenheim will be able to share with you the preliminary results from the cross-cutting AKIS analysis. You will be also able to learn more about the current situation of AKIS in the Northern Europe area as our partners from Estonia, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Latvia will present their findings and jointly discuss the role of AKIS in general.
The main questions to which we will seek answers:
– What are the challenges and opportunities in the context of the new CAP? (Reminder: fine-tuning of CAP strategic plans & drafting of implementing regulations in 2022, entry into force of new schemes in 2023)

– How can i2connect partners and interested stakeholders take advantage of CAP instruments to improve the functioning of their regional or national AKIS and better fit into the EC strategy (Reminder: Goal = speeding up innovation in agriculture and forestry, towards more sustainable and climate-smart production systems).

In order to participate, registration is required. Please register here!

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting on 23rd of March from 14:00 till 17:00 CET.
You can get acquainted with the program here!

Please feel free to share the invitation within your professional network, with other relevant AKIS stakeholders, including the future AKIS Coordination Bodies.
